Who Can Apply
Any foreign national who:
- Works remotely for a company outside the UAE; or
- Owns a company overseas and can work remotely.
Key Eligibility Criteria
Employees
- Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
- Proof of employment with a one-year contract
- Minimum monthly salary of USD 3,500 (approx. AED 12,800)
- Last 3 months’ payslips and bank statements
Business Owners
- Proof of company ownership for at least one year
- Average monthly income of USD 3,500 (AED 12,800)
- Last 3 months’ personal and company bank statements
