Throughout her career, Vaani has successfully guided the setup of more than 1,000 companies across mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions — helping entrepreneurs, SMEs, and multinationals alike establish strong foundations in the UAE.
Her journey began in client services, where she developed a reputation for precision, problem-solving, and building long-term client trust. Over the years, she mastered the complexities of business licensing, compliance, banking, and visa facilitation, becoming a trusted advisor to both first-time founders and seasoned investors.
